ExpoAgain Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of ExpoAgain, including exhibition search, exhibitor and company search, exhibition-history verification, account services and related features. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the ExpoAgain operator. By checking the acceptance box, registering, signing in or continuing to use the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the rules published with them.
If you do not agree, you must stop registering for or using the service.
2. Service description
ExpoAgain provides overseas exhibition information, exhibitor and company search, exhibition-history records, search history, account management and other information services introduced from time to time.
Information may be compiled from public sources, partners, historical records and other lawful sources. We use reasonable efforts to maintain it, but dates, venues, organizers, company status and other details may change or contain delays or errors.
- We may adjust features, layouts, presentation and access rules for operational reasons.
- Some features may be limited to signed-in users, members or users who meet stated conditions.
3. Analytics and third-party measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 on user-facing pages to understand usage, maintain reliability and improve the product. Google processes related information under its own terms and privacy rules.
The Privacy Policy explains the information involved, cookies and similar technologies, possible international processing and your available choices.
4. Advertising and third-party advertising services
We may display advertisements supplied by Google AdSense or other advertising providers on the home page, search-result pages and exhibition, company or exhibitor detail pages, primarily to users without an active membership. An advertisement does not constitute our endorsement, warranty or recommendation of the advertiser, product, service or transaction.
If you click an advertisement, you may be taken to a service independently operated by an advertiser or another third party. Their terms and privacy practices apply, and you should verify relevant information and assess risks before communicating or transacting with them.
See the “Google AdSense advertising” section of the Privacy Policy for information about cookies, advertising identifiers, personalization, measurement, fraud prevention and international processing. Any ad-free membership benefit is governed by the applicable purchase page and current membership description.
5. Accounts and security
You must provide information that is lawful, accurate and under your control, keep it current, and protect your password, verification codes and other authentication credentials.
You must not lend, sell or transfer your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may apply verification, access restrictions or account suspension when reasonably necessary to address security risks.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive or harmful activity.
- Do not publish or transmit unlawful, false, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory or infringing material.
- Do not impersonate others, register accounts in bulk, abuse interfaces or bypass access and quota controls.
- Do not scrape non-public data, reverse engineer, attack, disrupt or introduce malicious code into the service.
- Do not use platform information for unlawful marketing, harassment, trade-secret infringement or other illegal purposes.
7. Search results, third-party links and disclaimers
The service may display exhibition websites, external links and third-party materials. Those parties are responsible for their services, content and transactions.
Search results, industry data, exhibition history, company profiles and related analysis are informational and do not constitute investment, legal or financial advice, a transaction guarantee or a promise of any outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by changes or inaccuracies outside our reasonable control, including cancelled or rescheduled events and third-party source errors.
8. Intellectual property
Except for content owned by third parties, the software, interface, database structure, search logic, branding and platform-created content are owned by the operator or applicable rightsholders. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit them without written permission, except as permitted by law.
9. Membership and paid services
Membership, custom data services and other paid features are governed by the descriptions, prices, periods, limits and order details shown when you purchase them.
Refunds, extensions, transfers and termination will be handled according to applicable law, the purchase terms and the portion of the service already delivered or consumed.
10. Changes, suspension and termination
We may maintain, update, restrict or discontinue features for operational, security, compliance or business reasons. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, create a security risk, violate law or harm the rights of the platform or others.
11. Liability
Each party is responsible for losses legally caused by its breach. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network failures, malicious attacks, maintenance, government action and third-party failures.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service during the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Updates, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, operational or product changes. Material changes will be presented with appropriate notice. If you disagree with an update, you should stop using the affected service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction where the operator is located.
