ExpoAgain Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Policy explains how ExpoAgain collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information and how you may exercise your rights. We process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China where applicable.

1. Scope

This Policy applies when you visit or use ExpoAgain websites, pages, account features, search services and related functionality.

Independent third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies. Please review those policies when you follow an external link or use Google sign-in, messaging, cloud or other partner services.

2. Information we may process

Account information may include your mobile number, verification code, password, name, email address, avatar, membership status, role and locally cached authentication information.

Google sign-in may provide a Google account identifier, verified email address, display name and avatar after you authorize the connection.

Search, security and product-operation data may include search terms and history, timestamps, IP address, device and browser information, page views, interaction logs, error logs and an anonymous browser identifier used for abuse prevention and guest quotas.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide account, search and membership features; authenticate users; maintain security; deliver verification messages; respond to requests; diagnose faults; improve the service; comply with law; and protect legitimate rights and interests.

Optional profile information is not generally required for basic browsing. If required information is not provided, the corresponding account or protected feature may be unavailable.

4. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for sign-in, token renewal, preferences, security and service continuity. Clearing them may sign you out or reset features.

Google and advertising technology partners may place or read cookies, or use web beacons, IP addresses, advertising identifiers and similar technologies when Google Analytics or Google AdSense is used. These technologies support measurement, advertising, frequency control, personalization or non-personalized ads, security and fraud prevention.

5. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-PGN26B36H5, to understand traffic sources, page and route usage, device and browser categories, engagement trends and service reliability.

GA4 may read or set identifiers and receive the page URL, IP address and necessary request information. We do not intentionally send Google your password, authentication credentials, mobile number or other direct account identifiers through GA4, and we do not intentionally associate its analytics identifier with your ExpoAgain account.

Google may process this information outside mainland China under its own privacy terms. You may manage cookies and available consent choices without losing access to basic search and browsing functions.

6. Google AdSense advertising

We use Google AdSense, publisher ID ca-pub-6171093479091648, to display advertising on selected home, search-result, exhibition, company and exhibitor pages. Ads are generally shown to users without an active membership and may vary based on page content, device, network, region and available inventory.

Google and its advertising technology partners may process the visited page URL and referrer, IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, cookies or other advertising identifiers, and ad impression and interaction information. These data may be used to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, control frequency, measure performance, produce aggregate reports and prevent invalid traffic, fraud and abuse. We do not intentionally provide Google AdSense with your name, mobile number, email address, password or account credentials, or intentionally associate advertising identifiers with your ExpoAgain account.

Google and participating advertising technology providers process information under their applicable privacy terms. See “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and use Google Ads Settings, browser controls or the privacy choices made available on our site to manage personalized advertising and related identifiers.

Where required by applicable law, we use a Google-certified consent management platform or another compliant mechanism to provide consent, rejection and preference controls before enabling non-essential advertising technologies. You may withdraw consent, and you may choose non-personalized advertising or otherwise conveniently object to personalized advertising where applicable.

7. Google sign-in and account linking

Google Identity Services provides optional sign-in and account linking. After you authorize it, Google supplies a signed identity credential that our server validates.

We use the Google identifier, verified email address, display name and avatar only for account identification, creation, sign-in and linking. We do not use this feature to read Gmail, Drive, contacts or other Google data that you have not authorized.

You may revoke the connection in your Google account. Revoking it does not automatically delete your ExpoAgain account; contact us to request account or information deletion.

8. Verification messages, search history and avatars

We share a mobile number with our messaging provider when necessary to send a requested verification code and prevent abuse. We may store search history to help you return to previous research, and process an avatar you choose to upload for account display.

9. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information to unrelated parties. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to service providers such as messaging, hosting, storage, security and operations providers; to Google for the analytics and advertising purposes described above; when legally required; or as part of a merger, restructuring or asset transfer subject to continuing protections.

Google AdSense and advertising technology partners may independently process page, device, network and advertising interaction information for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control and fraud prevention.

10. Storage, retention and international processing

We generally store account information in mainland China and retain information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, security and dispute handling.

Google Analytics and Google AdSense information may be transferred to or processed by Google and advertising technology partners outside mainland China. We apply notice, consent, impact assessment, contractual, filing or other cross-border measures where required by applicable law.

11. Security

We use measures appropriate to our size and risk profile, including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, logging, vulnerability remediation, backups and confidentiality obligations. No internet system is completely secure. We will investigate and respond to personal-information incidents as required by law.

12. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, copies, correction, supplementation or deletion of personal information; request an explanation; withdraw consent; close your account; and object to or restrict certain processing.

You may manage some information in your profile and may contact us for other requests. We may verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.

  • Use our privacy choices, Google Ads Settings or browser controls to manage personalized advertising and related cookies.
  • Declining non-essential advertising technologies does not prevent basic browsing, but may result in non-personalized, limited or no ads.
  • Some information may need to be retained to comply with law, maintain security or resolve disputes.

13. Children

The service is intended primarily for adults. A child under 14 must not register or provide personal information without guardian consent. If we discover information collected without required consent, we will delete or anonymize it as required by law.

14. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy for legal, regulatory, operational or product changes. We will publish the updated version and provide prominent notice where a change materially affects your rights.
